Saddle shoes I actually have a pair that I wear when there is a 50's dance (square dance)
Penny Loafers never had any of these
Hot pants not really sure what these are

It was a very busy day yesterday with our company so just getting back on to read all the posts

What was the last "event" you had to buy an outfit for ?

Well I did buy a dress to go out to dinner Sat night but the last event was my nieces wedding last May I have to go shopping this week for a dress for my nephews wedding that is coming up July 4th lol nothing like waiting till the last minute

Do you have 1 or 2 license plates on your vehicle ?

We only have 1 here in FL

Do you have a personalized tag ? no but when I lived in NJ and had my 300z I always wanted to get a tag that said "joy-z" lol get it

Do you have your states standard tag or one of the "special ones"
We have many choices here in FL I like the one that says "Save the reef" but not only does is there the large initial fee but the renewal is big bucks and now after reading other posts that not much of the money goes to the organization I would rather make a donation directly to them

Hot pants - lol in the 70-'s you bet one pair I remember were blue with white stars
Go Go Boots - lol I had a white pair that looked really cool with the above mentioned hot pants !!
A cowboy hat - I had my dad's after he passed away

Spanx - rofl ok funny spanx story !!!
Last year when I was shopping for a gown for my nieces wedding my sister said " here I just bought this spanx use it to try on dresses"
After finally getting the torture item on I realized I was a tad more "busty" than she is, so the thing cut my poor "girls" in half
I had to do the "shuffle walk " because of how it fit around the top of my legs
One dress I tried on was so ugly we both started laughing so hard at the "ugly dress shuffle" that I walked right into the wall going back into the fitting room.
When I asked "How the heck can you wear this" she told me "all the bridesmaids are wearing them" !!! omg the bridesmaids are all size 2 !!!
Fast forward to the wedding
There we are in this historic church, all of the bridesmaids are standing at the front of the church and all of a sudden I started giggling my sister elbowed me and said "stop it !!! why are you laughing"
I whispered " I just got this mental picture of all of the "spanx" bursting at the same time and me flying across the pew when yours goes!!!"
lol that got her laughing too and we both got "shusshed"

lol she called me yesterday to find out where we were going to meet to go dress shopping for her sons wedding I asked her "are "we" bringing the spanx" that started us both laughing again
