Honey Nut Cheerios with banana slices, 1% milk, coffee and low-sodium V-8 juice. Later I had a few walnut halves as a snack.

Just got back home from eating breakfast at my favorite local restaurant, The Feedlot. Senior special: 2 big strips of bacon, 1 egg, home fries, toast and coffee for $5.89 plus tax. YUMS!
