I had my favorite toasted bagel and glass of orange juice.

My breakfast was a homemade skillet thing of diced potatoes, peppers, ham,sausage and eggs cooked all together. I made breakfast tacos with that as the filling, sprinkled shredded cheese and some salsa dip...

I had a 1/2 pound of red ripe fresh local strawberries.

This morning menu: Fried potatoes, bacon and scrambled eggs.

Chocolate Malt-O-Meal sounds positively yummy ... Even plain Malt-O-Meal is delicious with a dab of butter and brown sugar .... Why eat GRITS when you could have a yummy, pippin' hot bowl of Malt-O-Meal?
