I would prefer bacon with anything, but never take the time to cook it in the morning. I usually eat a poptart or instant oatmeal.

Yes, today I had toast, eggs, and bacon along with my usual water, multi-vitamin, calcium, etc. A real breakfast is so much better than a handful of pills!

No breakfast today, but since I only drink one cup of coffee a day...it has to be just the way I like it...lots of CofeeMate French Vanilla creamer...or most recently the Italian Sweet Cream...yumo!  |
