I only see a few on here that eat a decent breakfast. I hope there is healthy food and some exercise during the course of the rest of the day. Its true though the most important meal is breakfast.

I usually wake up to late for breakfast so I just start my day off with lunch.

Five jumbo eggs scrambled with cheese and cooked just right - to share with my dogs. The perfect breakfast with the perfect companions.

Me too...but not because I get up late...I just don't like breakfast all that much...but today I did eat 1/2 of a Light Peach Yoplait yogurt with a spoon of granola mixed in.
