'morning to all, and I hope all you dads out there had a great 'Father's Day'!!
The "Language Fairy" is going to come visit what language do you want her to teach you ?" Since I live in Southern Califfornia...Spanish would be nice! I took it in high school for 3 years, and I still can't speak it...I wish I'd have taken it more seriously back then because it sure would be helpful now!
French Fries or Onion Rings ? That's a hard one...I like both, but rarely eat either one!
Who is In Charge" of the grill at your house ? Hubby...the grill scares me!
Charcoal or propane gas ? Propane...that's why it scares me!
National Doughnut Day
National Chocolate Eclair Day
National Onion Rings Day
Dairy Queen Day THESE ARE ALL YUMMY THINGS!

Today's Question(s):
The "Language Fairy" is going to come visit what language do you want her to teach you ?"
I suppose if I knew Greek it would save time on some of my message prep.
Bonus Question:
OK I had my doubts but watching Mike being sent to his room turned out to be lots of fun .
Extra Credit Question:
What is your funniest "Stupid Guy Thing Day" story ?

Just for Fun:
French Fries or Onion Rings ?
French fries from McDonalds, onion rings from Portillos.

Charcoal for flavor, propane for ease. I have both. I just bought a new gas grill. I almost bought a grill that had gas on one side and charcoal on the other. It wouldn't fit into my Cavalier .
When was the last time you said "nope wasn't me" ?
They were not the exact words. I said it wasn't me, it was the dog. Than Mrs D reminded me our dog passed away 6 weeks ago.

Spanish since I need all the time it in my English speaking country then Chinese because we will all need that when they take us over because our debt is so high to them.

I was in charge of our gas grill but it died a couple of years ago. Have a small charcoal one but can never keep it going so we gave up grilling outside.

Hello !! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Ours was good, but the weather was cloudy and cold - This is June isn't it????? Oh well, the isn't a cloud in the sky today, so it could be a good Monday !!
The language fairy is coming to visit - what language do you want her to teach you?
I guess the most useful would be Spanish. Otherwise, maybe French.
Ok I had my doubts, but snow skiing turned out to be lots of fun!
I only went once, though ! It was when I was about 20, and I had no interest in snow skiing at all, but my friends all wanted to go, so I gave in. To make a long story short, they told me I was on the "bunny hill", and I found out I wasn't. They also told me that I wouldn't have to go on a ski lift, and I had to . I found this out when the guy at the ski lift said "Why didn't you take her on the bunny hill?" . But after spending my first downhill run on my butt, I actually had alot of fun !!
What is your funniest "Stupid Guy Thing Day" story?
Ok, the first thing I thought of involves my son. This last winter, we never covered our pool, and at one point there was a 2" thick sheet of ice on the top. I had been watching my 12 yr old son go around the pool and chip away at the ice around the edges for a couple days. Then one day, my daughter and I are inside and she tells me to come to the window and look at him........ Well, I look outside, and he is laying on the ladder, reaching out as far as possible trying to break the ice ! We watch him for a few moments, and as I walk away, she says "Ha, watch him fall in", and I say "He's not going to fall in" - - - - - Then about 2 seconds later my daughter yells "He fell in!!!" Sure enough, he fell in !!! I get outside just in time to see him crash his head up through the ice - - - the look on his face was priceless!! After he took a warm bath, he came out and started calling all his friends telling them what just happened !! I think he was proud - it must be a guy thing !!
French Fries or Onion Rings?
French Fries
Who is in charge of the grill at your house?
That varies - dh says he'll do it, but then sometimes he "disappears", and I have to go take over !
Charcoal or propane gas?
Propane
When was the last time you said "Nope, wasn't me"?
How funny this was mentioned - - - Let me start by saying that my son thinks his aim is better than it really is, so he thinks he doesn't need to lift the seat . My daughter goes comes out of the bathroom on Friday looking rather annoyed and says "Who peed on the seat?" Well, I being a smart a** said "Wasn't me!" Naturally I got the "duh" look from dd !!
Have a super day !!!!!!!

Today's Question(s):
The "Language Fairy" is going to come visit what language do you want her to teach you ?"
That's easy! Japanese.....my dear partner's family dont speak any or very little English and I speak very little Japanese..... we spend a month visiting them each year...I would love to be able to understand the ebb and flow of conversation better.
Bonus Question:
OK I had my doubts but _the card game: Hand and Foot turned out to be lots of fun .
Extra Credit Question:
What is your funniest "Stupid Guy Thing Day" story ? I resemble that remark.
Just for Fun:
French Fries or Onion Rings ? French Fries....crispy (if I have to choose.)
Who is In Charge" of the grill at your house ? If we have company....my DP likes to do the grilling. If its "just us".....I do the grilling.
Charcoal or propane gas ? Charcoal.....we are both a little intimidated by having a tank of gas on the deck.
When was the last time you said "nope wasn't me" ? The last time I got accused of having been the last one who used the rake, or hoe or shovel....(even if I was.)
