Karla with a K, Go to your room!

I have been more than tolerant with you, I think, and enough is enough. No more enticing us all with all your wisdom and craftiness. If you are going to tell us about cool stuff you are teaching or showing or demonstrating to kids with us on this here thread of yours, I think it is high time you start showing pictures of all the cool stuff you talk about. Personally, I am still trying to picture how a 2-liter bottle terrarium (done right) should look and now radish seed necklaces, is it?

Pictures Karla, give us pictures!

Don't make me come down there...

I checked with Mrs D on the "Stupid Guy Thing" and the only thing we can come up was my insistence that I could still play ball at my age. I can play ball. What got me in trouble is my extremely competitive nature. An hour of running, jumping, diving, stretching singles into doubles and similar things and she had me in the ER with a badly sprained ankle She said it wasn't funny at all.

LOL.. I hope it wasn't a cholla (Jumping cactus)

My encounter with a cholla (pronounced choy-yah) cactus was in 1986, when I was riding my dirt bike out in the desert and doing some wheelies, I gunned the throttle too much one time, and I came off the bike, tripped and landed on a cholla..

For those who don't know what that specie of cactus is, it has its own self-defense capability, with very dense clusters of VERY SHARP thorns that detach from the plant, and embed themselves into whatever tries to touch it, so imagine landing on one of those! It was PAINFUL!
