I sometimes get a chance to watch old movies from the '40's and earlier. When I saw them the first time, I thought they were excellent but when I watch them today, I wonder what I saw in them the first time. Some of them are so phony and have such poor acting, not to mention unbelievable story lines. Ah, such is youth.......

When you tend to what you want to do and don't really care what other people think about you.

the 60's/70's had alota bad music and lyrics. we were drunk, high and young and thought it was divinely inspired. steve allen was correct to mock it on his tv show. he was a good musician and thinker, and could see us taking the wrong exit off the freeway. now that i am old i can see that.

You know you’re getting older when: If you’re living with your kids and they take you to daycare while they go off to work, just as you took them when you still worked. Can’t leave grampa home alone.

You want to spank the mom and dad that took their squalling kid(s) to the fine restaurant you are eating at spoiling your seldom night out.
