At 12:00 midnight I sometimes will fall asleep sitting upright.

U know ur getting old when u cant sleep so rise early, but u just too tuckered to give a hop, skip an a jump about putting ur make up on and letting ur hair down if ya got any.LOL

I don't sleep through the night anymore.

and

Why don't I have to use the bathroom all day long but at night I have to get up at 3:00am all the time

Lucky you. I started going silver in my late 30's....just like my dad.

I have so many friends (and my brother) who started having silver streaks in their hair in their 20s, I think late 30s is great.
