Charley is excused from today's attitude adjustment. In fact, all posters undergoing chemotherapy are excused. All others, step outside with me, please. Come along quickly, now.
Oh, and renovating, my dear, it is a phase that will last several years and might not stop until, well, someone stops them with a bit more coercion than repeating it back to them.

I was thinking more along the lines of No cell phone, no tv, no computer, no texting, no radio and no music. That kind of coercion.

Just joking, Alice, I would never seriously suggest hitting a child.

Sorry Alice - I am a repeat offender of the overuse of exclamation points !!!! Ooops, I guess I do that with periods, too.................
I just can't stop at one !!! Maybe we should set up a Punctuation Anonymous group for those of us that need help ?
I better leave before I get smacked upside the head !

A pet peeve of mine is fire alarm's going off at odd hours. Ever since the Seton Hall fires of 1999, there is a huge rational for fire safety in New Jersey. There are no pulling false fire alarm laws in Jersey either. So probably once every other week some clown in my building will pull the fire alarm at 3 or 4 in the morning, and since I live on the 14th floor, which is the top floor, if there really is a fire, I'm toast (no pun intended). So everytime I have to walk down 14 flights of stairs out into freezing cold (I remember one time in January it was about 10 with a windchill of -5 and I was out there in PJ's). Errrggg even if it's not cold getting up at 3 or 4 sucks. One of these days I'm going to find out who did it, break into their place and leave them an upper decker

Um, Im not superstitious but have heard, from several sources in several areas, that sometimes weird 'happenings' go on, in the middle of the night, or during the day, near or where someone has been known to die. Too many documentaries, maybe? But its just.....unexplainable. I wont challenge 'beings' but on the other hand, I do question why or how some things happen. Ever seen the documentay series 'Hauntings'? Pretty creepy.
Just great, now Im gonna go to bed tonight with weird thoughts and not be able to sleep.
