Very interesting. I knew that we get shorter as we get older due to gravity-induced spinal compression but I never thought about that happening every day. |

So what is the explanation on why your feet get bigger as you get older !!!!!!!

So that is why my body is so confused. Sometimes I get up in the mornings. Other times I get up in the evening. My body does not know when to be tall or short .
