Is there one aisle you try to "avoid" ? Not really.

Do you have a regular getting ready for bed routine?
Turn off the computer
put on sleepwear--bought a new sleep shirt yesterday
brush my teeth
check all the door locks and make sure I didn't leave anything on
some things should be kept secret
lay my glasses on the bathroom counter or in the computer room
get into bed
push three buttons on the remote (head, foot, wave) to start the 30 minute full body massage--Then say, "I love my bed. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"

Bonus Question:

What is your favorite aisle in the grocery store? Cookie and cracker.

Is there one aisle you try to "avoid?" Pet food--Those are Mr. VA's cats out back, so he buys the cat food. I don't even know what brand we use.

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever taken something out to defrost and oops forgotten it? I don't defrost, it is freshly made or goes straight from the freezor to the stove oven usually.

Just for Fun:
If you are what you eat would you be a
Carb
Protein
Veggie
Sweet
or _______balanced

Last time you blew out birthday candles? I don't think I know what that is.
Last time you threaded a needle? Right before vacation in May.
Do you do this with or with out glasses? I use a threader and glasses.

Today's Question(s):

Do you have a regular getting ready for bed routine ?
Nothing but the same ol' routine..

Bonus Question:

What is your favorite aisle in the grocery store ?
Aisle have to think about that one.. - Actually it's not in the grocery store, it's in a different store.. but let's not talk about that... - I guess I don't have one.

Is there one aisle you try to "avoid" ?
Hmmmm.. I know a few people who try to avoid the so-called "Walk down the aisle"...

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever taken something out to defrost and oops forgotten it ?
Nothing more than ice..

Just for Fun:
If you are what you eat would you be a
Carb
Protein
Veggie
Sweet
or _______
Probably all of the above, I guess that's why people tell me that "I'm full of it" - No carbs or sweets.

Last time you blew out birthday candles ?
Last time you threaded a needle ?
Do you do this with or with out glasses ? Oh I'd say both, and I use plenty of glasses... like beer glasses, whiskey glasses, wine glasses, champaign glasses..

Today's Question(s):

Do you have a regular getting ready for bed routine ?
I do not. My routine may consist of relaxing for a while then going to bed. If my job has me riding on one of our aircraft, my routine will either consist of hurrying off to a hotel for 5 hours of sleep or crawling on top of some cargo and getting a couple hours sleep while in flight.

Bonus Question:

What is your favorite aisle in the grocery store ?
I am surprised you have to ask me on this...THE BEER AISLE.
In the event I am in one of the states that does not allow beer sales in grocery stores, then it would be the cheese aisle. Now if I could only find a store that had beer and cheese in the same aisle.

Is there one aisle you try to "avoid" ?
Not really

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever taken something out to defrost and oops forgotten it ?
No. I hate waiting for things to defrost. I usually assist in speeding up the process.

Just for Fun:
If you are what you eat would you be a
Carb
Protein
Veggie
Sweet
or _______
Mostly protein and carbs

Last time you blew out birthday candles ?
Oh something like 30 plus years ago.

Last time you threaded a needle ?
Probably last year.

Do you do this with or with out glasses ?
The eyes are still going strong. No glasses for me.

Today's Question(s):

Do you have a regular getting ready for bed routine ?

I guess you could call it that. I put out a small handful of crunchy food for the tuxedo-wearing feline (when I remember, that is... see yesterday's post) and take a shower. I generally spend a bit of time reading and listening to classical music after I get out of the shower, so that my hair can get at least a bit dry, then I head for bed (where the spouse is already sawing logs), dab on some lip balm and keel over.

Bonus Question:

What is your favorite aisle in the grocery store ?

I don't know that I could say that one is my favorite; I'm an equal-opportunity gourmand, and I like 'em all.

Is there one aisle you try to "avoid" ?

Oh, yes, keep me out of the ice cream section at all costs!

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever taken something out to defrost and oops forgotten it ?

I don't think so, but then I also don't do much of the cooking in the family. My much-beloved and very absent-minded chef of a spouse, however, has forgotten defrosting items on many occasions. Fortunately, though, he usually finds them again before they start to stink.

Just for Fun:
If you are what you eat would you be a
Carb
Protein
Veggie
Sweet
or _______

If there's such a thing as a veg-o-carb, that's what I'd be.

Last time you blew out birthday candles ?
Heavens, it's been decades. I hate-hate-hate having people make a fuss over my birthday - a legacy of a well-meaning mother who thought she should give me a surprise party EVERY YEAR, permanently convincing me that birthdays are the work of the devil - and my family respects my preference not to make a big to-do over my birthday. I won't even tell my co-workers when it is, which irritates the heck out of a couple of them.

Last time you threaded a needle ?
It's been within the past couple of weeks; I had to sew a button back on my jacket.

Do you do this with or with out glasses ?
Ok, here's the weird thing. I'm EXTREMELY near-sighted, and I've worn glasses since I was seven years old. For the past decade-plus, I've had a reading correction in my lenses. But for anything extremely small and close-up, I see best of all if I take my glasses OFF and get whatever it is right up in front of my face. So to answer your question, no, I didn't wear my glasses to thread the needle, although I put them right back on again once it was threaded.

Have you ever taken something out to defrost and oops forgotten it ? don't think so
