I have problems with my back and legs and each time my back goes out the pain seems worse then before and I'm laid up longer so I'd have to say the back.

any pain that qualifies as a pain that makes me think or feel pain when seconds before I had no pain. Thats usually the pain that bugs me the most. Sometimes things are a pain in my arse and when that happens it adds a whole new list of topics we could discuss as pain that bugs me the most..

yep that does it

I don't really have any chronic physical pains. I'm still young, and have enjoyed good health so far.
The worst pain I ever felt was a kidney infection (I had two, back in my 20s).
It was worse than labor, much worse.
The only thing that helps is an IV full of morphine. But they cleared up fairly quickly with antibiotics.

My "chronic" pains, I must say, however, are all mental/ emotional.
