I think.....I'm not skinny but, i'm not fat either. I like the size I am. I feel comfortable and don't feel like I need to constantly be on a diet. when i was in my 30s all i ever worried about was my weight. it's kinda freeing not to stress about it all the time. but, that being said. I will not let myself get fat. If I need to diet here and there i will. reason being....I want to be as active as I can be for as long as I can be. With additional weight comes more health problems.
