Ladies, where do you keep your purse while driving the car ? After I retired I started just carrying a little credit card holder which contains 1 CC, cash card, drivers license and a few important cards in my pocket. I've been tapped on the shoulder many times by people in grocery lines that say: "I'm going to start doing that". I didn't realize it was so noticeable. I guess I figure why tempt any thugs that might be into purse snatching. After lugging bigger purses (that contained everything but the kitchen sink) and brief pouches around for years, I decided to lighten the load. I keep extra blush, lipstick and a brush in my car. I put the purse under the drivers seat. It's very small (8" x 6") and "just in case" I end up going somewhere that I need to look a bit more polished or will need cash, pen, paper etc...

How many cup holders does your vehicle have ? Four, actually. Two came standard with my standard cab Ford F150. I transferred the armrest/CASSETTE holder from my old truck and it has some more sturdy ones that are the same size as the two in my big truck, so I can take a cup to work. (Four in Mrs. CC's Explorer)
