Evidently that was a "lawful" intervention.

Wouldn't tossing the beer be alcohol abuse??? I think that would bring another charge.

This is no way for this mug to get a head. Does he need a swift keg in the can? Of Coors he does, Bud. And that would make him wiser.
I can barley believe this story. This could be a Guiness record. It seems this guzzler's Pabst is catching up with him. I'm sure it's been brewing for a while but why did he hop to it? This sure ain't a Blue Ribbon day for him. And to cap it off, he's now at the Beck and call of the coppers and he's on his way to quart. That's not exactly good for what ales him.
He needs to raise the bar instead of getting his Heinie in trouble. He really should give it a shot. And that's just for openers. Hopefully, he'll be Lucky enough to still have redemption value.

I don't believe that WFTV in Orlando is making up stories for kicks and giggles. This is true. Sometimes you have to think outside the box.

Funny stuff...LOL. I guess he would have then demanded some pretzels to go with that beer if they had let him drink the rest of it!

I'm sure with all the extra charges he will pay he would feel cheated if he doesn't get to drink it. But then where is the evidence? No law against picking up empty containers.
