I agree- fries should be crispy- hash browns too! Soggy potatos are very disappointing.

Cooking fries until they are crispy is a waste of a good potato. Nothing beats a good greasy fry.

If you have GOOD tasting french fries you DON'T need to add a special seasoning salt.

I havent done fries in quite some time but definately like mine crispy and hot, not gooey and limp.

I like loud music with my fries. Fries should be well cooked and firm,crunchy and tasty!! Gooey & limp??................ .........................

I wonder if they add viagra into the frying oil now to prevent gooey and limp fries...
