Good morning everyone
Happy Saturday
Really early start this morning
For some reason I was up at 4:30 am and already it is 81 degrees with 82% humidity giving us a heat index this early of 87

So what better reason to crank up the A/C and ask

Today's Question(s):

Have you ever been to a Block party ?

Does your neighborhood have block parties ?

Bonus Question:

Do you have gutters on your home ?

How often do you clean them out ?

Extra Credit Question:

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance ?

How many small appliances do you have on your counters ?

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer ?

Just for Fun:

If you were to go on the TV show "The Amazing Race" who would you chose as your partner ?

Who would you want as a partner if you were on Dancing with The Stars?

Have you ever been to a Block party? Does your neighborhood have block parties?

Unfortunately, we don't have block parties. We talked about it once a few years ago but nothing ever came from the talks.

Do you have gutters on your home? Yes.

How often do you clean them out? I have someone come once or twice a year.

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance? The microwave.

How many small appliances do you have on your counters? A microwave and a toaster oven.

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer? Cutlery drawers (a few of them)

Who would you want as a partner if you were on Dancing with The Stars?

Absolutely no interest in Dancing with The Stars. I know - I'm probably the only one.

If you were to go on the TV show "The Amazing Race" who would you chose as your partner?

My sentimental answer is my wife. My logical answer is Chuck Norris. Whatever he couldn't conquer athletically, he would just beat up. We'd have to win! :D

No, we don't have block parties. I wish we did.

Do you have gutters on your home? Yes.

How often do you clean them out? We used to clean them out twice a year, but we got the gutter guard gutters and now we don't have to get up on that big tall ladder anymore. Hurray!

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance? The microwave without a doubt. Our new microwave broke and we were without it for weeks, waiting for parts to come in, and it was no fun. You don't realize how often you use a microwave until you don't have one.

How many small appliances do you have on your counters? a microwave, breadmaker, and a toaster oven

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer? knife block

Today's Question(s):

Have you ever been to a Block party ?
The guy who owned the lousy little ones Jr Dragster invited us to a block party at his place. He was displaying the full size dragster and we brought it's 1/2 size little brother for the kids.

Does your neighborhood have block parties ?
No but I have been to lots of pit parties. That's close.

Bonus Question:

Do you have gutters on your home ?
Yes

How often do you clean them out ?
Two story house, I don't clean them. Our older son, who has no fear of heights, does them about once a year.

Extra Credit Question:

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance ?
Coffee pot. It will make tomorrows coffee today

How many small appliances do you have on your counters ?
Seven (coffee grinder, electric jar opener, can opener, coffee pot, stand mixer, toaster oven, whipper snapper) unless we are showing the house than 2 of then get put away. Realtor says it makes kitchen counters look bigger

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer ?
Are you kidding? After 40 years even if I took all the appliances off the counters there would not be enough for the knige block needed. Did I mention my last job included selling knives to the meat cutting industry,

Just for Fun:

If you were to go on the TV show "The Amazing Race" who would you chose as your partner ?
I've never seen the show. I assume they don't use cars.

Who would you want as a partner if you were on Dancing with The Stars?
Another dancing question?

Gee, Karla, wish I could send you a gift of cooler weather. It's about 40 degrees here, the furnace is running, and we're predicted to get our first snow flurries of the season this weekend. I'd be glad to share them with you....

Today's Question(s):

Have you ever been to a Block party?

No.

Does your neighborhood have block parties?

Not in the decade we've lived here.

Bonus Question:

Do you have gutters on your home?

Yes.

How often do you clean them out?

We have those gutter hoods, so we don't ever need to clean them out.

Extra Credit Question:

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance?

Favorite? I don't know, probably the coffee-maker. That's certainly the one that gets the most use, at least.

How many small appliances do you have on your counters?

Just the coffee-maker and the toaster. We don't have much in the way of counter space.

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer?

We have a knife block on the counter for our knives. Keeping them in a drawer isn't very safe, and they get dull a lot faster. And besides, we have even less drawer space than we do counter space.

Today's Question(s):

Have you ever been to a Block party ?

Yes, countless times.

Does your neighborhood have block parties ?

No, not where I live now.

Bonus Question:

Do you have gutters on your home ?

How often do you clean them out ?

I live in an apartment so I don't have to bother with that stuff.

Extra Credit Question:

What is your favorite small kitchen appliance ?

The vegetable steamer gets quite a workout.

How many small appliances do you have on your counters ?

Is the microwave a small appliance? If so, that and the jug to boil water and the toaster. They are all stainless steel finish.

Do you store your knives in one of those knife blocks or in the cutlery drawer ?

I used to have some in a block but they weren't very good knives so I retired them and I use ones that are kept in their own sharpener. Wiltshire staysharp knives, if you have them there.

Just for Fun:

If you were to go on the TV show "The Amazing Race" who would you chose as your partner ?

Someone I wouldn't argue with, every time I've seen that show the contestants are fighting with each other.

Who would you want as a partner if you were on Dancing with The Stars?

Someone who could teach me how to dance those dances Hugh Jackman maybe, he's Australian, tall ,good looking and musical...he'll do
