My 2010 mission is to find you a Mrs Magnum!! Can't stand to see you in so much agony - you have a lot to offer (if only you could behave!!). I think someof us should visit MM in AZ and find him a Mrs.!! I imagine you would be one of those that we would never hear from again.

No re-gifting this year. I give and receive money for Christmas so everybody is safe.
If I received a friut cake I'd keep it since I love fruit cake-----ok so I'm strange.

The last time I wanted (and did) yell stop was when there were problems at the hotels I worked at. It worked too.

I've gone to the movies, a bar(s), and for a fast food meal by myself.

I've never seen "The Godfather" in the movies or in person.

Who are Luke and Laura?

(Two grand daughters fighting in the bathroom!)

Have you ever gone by yourself to:

Did you watch ? Nope and nope. I know who you are talking about, some of my family watches those soap things... I'm not one of them.

Today in History:
1824 - New York City's Fifth Avenue opens for business
1875 - William Bonwill, patents dental mallet to impact gold into cavities
1963 - Touch-tone telephone introduced
1974 - NBC-TV began a two-night showing of "The Godfather", starring Marlon Brando. NBC paid Paramount Pictures $10 million for the showing of the picture.
1981 - Luke marries Laura on General Hospital (16 million watch) lol I watched I remember dragging my little TV to work that day

Word of the Day:

hoi polloi \hoi-puh-LOI\ , noun;
1. The common people generally; the masses.

Today is:

National Fast Food Day
Touch-Tone Telephone
Day for Tolerance Day I need some tolerance.
Button Day I've got a button on my pants!

Oh I don't know MN2CO, I thought this is something that I'm going to have to do on my own, and I've been doing my best but I can't seem to be getting anywhere, I guess a little help from others will be good.

Don't worry, I won't abandon City Data, I might spend less time here, but I won't completely abandon it..

[quote=Karla with a K;11644194]Good morning everyone
Happy Monday

Today's Question(s):

Shhh, you can tell us, we will keep your secret

Are you going to be doing any "re gifting" this year ? I don't think so. It's something I seldom do.

Have you ever done this and gotten " busted" ? Done it a couple of times but never busted.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you just wanted to shout "Stop!! please just stooooooop" ? It was probably at work. I'm a receptionist, and many times people stop at my desk non-stop to chat and say hello. Sometimes it gets on my nerves but I deal with it by telling myself to cool it, that I should be grateful to have so many people want to talk to me.

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever gone by yourself to:
The movies ? Yep.
A bar ? Yep.
A fast food meal ? Yep.
A sit down really nice restaurant ? Yep.
A concert ? An outside concert festival, yes.
A play ? Nope.''

I enjoy doing things alone.

Just for Fun:

How many of you have seen "The Godfather" Definitely. One of my favorite movies.

How many of you remember when Luke & Laura got married ?
Did you watch ? Kinda-sorta. Soap opera? No, I didn't watch it.

Word of the Day:
hoi polloi \hoi-puh-LOI\ , noun;
1. The common people generally; the masses. Sounds Hawaiian.

Today is:
National Fast Food Day Had a Carl's Jr's $6-combo meal tonight!
Touch-Tone Telephone Haven't touched a phone today. Been home with a bad back ~ slept all day under the influence of muscle-relaxant.
Day for Tolerance Day Yeh ~ I stayed home. LOL!!!
Button Day
Put a Spring in Your Step Day No springs for me today! [quote] Hope everyone had a good Monday!
