At first I found myself surprised but after thinking about it for a few minutes I guess not. Just look at all the products available today to cure just about anything or do anything for you, and if we are fortunate to be here in another 180 years we'll probably be eating that on our burgers and dogs as well....

It seems to cure the blues for me. Most times when I get down I usually have something with ketchup on it. Must be good for the soul food.

Predictions are, in that 180 year time frame, people will not be eating foods the way we do now. With the super fast intergalactic paced hustle and bustle future, people will not have time to sit down and eat like we do family meals. All food will be in pill form. It will put a new meaning on eat and run, especially between planets.

Ketchup was sold in the United States as a patented medicine in the 1830's. It was known as "Dr. Miles' Compound Extract of Tomato."
