Today's Question(s):

Lets find out about multi-tasking

How many of the following can or have you done at the same time:
Talk on phone
Surf the net Yes, while watching TV
Read email Yes while watching TV
Send email Same as above.
Read a book
Have a conversation
Watch TV Yes, while surfing the net/emailing

I can't read a book while surfing the net/emailing because I only have one set of eyes (contrary to what my DS used to tell me lol). Re talking on the telephone or having a personal conversation with someone, IMO it's rude to also be surfing the net or trying to watch TV. If you're going to have a conversation, then converse.

Bonus Question:

How soon after you get up do you turn your computer on ?

Do you leave your computer on all day ? I reboot it during the day, but pretty much on all the time.

What time of the day do you turn your computer off ?

Extra Credit Question:

What was the last thing or person that really tested your patience ? My power cord to my lap top is spazzing so Shredder wanting to play this morning while I'm on my computer - if he hit's it the wrong way, no juice until I fix it (need to take time to get a new battery so I can go cordless longer).

Just for Fun:

When you go to the grocery store
Do you bag your own groceries ?
Do you prefer paper, plastic or the reusable cloth bags ?
Sort the groceries as you put them on the belt ?

Well when I actually go, it's to a mini-super with a counter not a belt and they bag it. If it's just a few items then I tell them to keep the bag and I put some things in my purse and carry the rest (my truck is always right by the front door). I prefer paper because those can be burned.

Have you ever let anyone with 1 or 2 items go ahead of you ? Yes

Well, I'm glad driving is not included in the list.. - I can't read a book and surf the net, and/or send/read email at the same time since I only have two hands, maybe I can do that by using my toes also!

Bonus Question:

How soon after you get up do you turn your computer on ?
As soon as the caffeine kicks in?

Do you leave your computer on all day ?
Only on the weekends, unless you're talking about my work laptop, that stays on for at least 9 hours at the office, or at home when I need to get on the network at the office.

What time of the day do you turn your computer off ?
When I go to sleep? - Usually around 10:00 PM.

Extra Credit Question:

What was the last thing or person that really tested your patience ?
Too many to list!

Just for Fun:

When you go to the grocery store
Do you bag your own groceries ? - Only when I feel like it...
Do you prefer paper, plastic or the reusable cloth bags ? - I didn''t even think they used paper bags anymore. I always get plastic bags.

Have you ever let anyone with 1 or 2 items go ahead of you ?
Yes, I do that all the time..... especially if she's a hot-looking woman getting stressed out from carrying the items, and gives me that innocent look with a grin on her face... - I'm only kidding!!! I let anyone with 1 or 2 items ahead of me.
