I know what you're referring to. I've had western European coworkers - they made me look politically correct by comparison, although at work, I usually watch my language far more than I do than when I'm with my friends.
I was even blunter, but I've toned it down... a foreign-born married woman, the wife of a man I went to college with, pulled me aside and told me sometimes my bluntness has shocked her and others like her. She said it nicely and we're on good terms, so I acceded to her wishes.[/quote]
Erm, now you are beginning to sound like someone from Hong Kong
! Where were your colleagues from, the Netherlands?
I want to know who here speaks with an accent...either southern, Midwestern, New Yawk, Bah-ston, Cajun, or perhaps a foreign accent such as Italian, Russian, British, Spanish etc.
Southern. I want to know what happened to that poster who was from New York? Does anyone else remember her? She always talked about how she had to beat guys off...lol...everywhere she went...she could not even walk down the street because they fell all over her..she was a med student.
How about some AR-15's? I could keep going but you get the idea!
