I am a Quaker and I was just wondering if there are any on here who are Friends alongside their pagan spirituality. Lest anyone think I must be nuts, check out Quaker Pagan Reflections as Peter and Cat are really intelligent and articulate members of both faith traditions. I will also grant you that there is some incredulity about the concept in some Quaker circles, so it works both ways.

I'd be interested in your experiences if there are any.

My dad was a Jewish Atheist Quaker. (Try figuring that one out. ) He was actually the first person I came out of the Broom Closet to. He was knowledgeable to the pagan rituals & beliefs. I met a few in his Quaker community but don't know specifically if any were Pagans.

Your dad sounds like another intelligent and articulate Quaker who is of Jewish heritage. You might want to check out nontheistfriends.org if I remember the site name correctly. There are a number, but again, it's not one that does not have it's questioners in the wider Quaker community.

My wife is a Jewish Quaker Pagan mystic. She wasn't aware of any other Quaker Pagans, so I'll be sure to send her the link.

I am pretty sure there are a fair amount of them in FGC. I know they used to do a workshop on it, but I am not sure if they still do.

Happy to see new folk find a comfort zone under the Pagan umbrella.
