That is always so sad to hear about.
The death of the dog is tragic enough but the fact that yet another child is showing signs of being really screwed up in the head is even worse.

I hope the girl's parents are going to be proactive and take her to a child psychologist, or even admit her to a juvenile program, to stop this sort of behavior.

That is really sad.

That is really sad.
It could be a problem the child's parents have caused. This girl has severe problems.

Yes, true. In that case, I hope CPS makes the child go for screening and help.

Definitely something wrong when a child that young harms an innocent animal. Hope she can get into some kind of counseling before it's too late for her.

Really. I am way past the age where I am idealistic and have any warm fuzzy hopes that such a cretin can get "help". She's damaged, it's permanent, she's a waste of a human life, and it's just too bad that we have no mechanism for exterminating such an error of nature before she goes on to harm other animals and people.

YOU live next to her until she's 'cured'.
Heck, live next to her after she's cured.

Whether or not I think she can get help, its SAD to see that another life is wasted before it can even began.
Now, children can be cold blooded psychopathic killers and be as young as 10 years old.
