lets drown her . what is wrong with women like that ? mental illness ? oh no that is not mental illness you had the presecence of mind to push a car in the river no no not mental illness she was fully aware of what she was doing . i have no feeling for people like this and nor should any of us .
I don't feel sorry for her, it's sickening, if she couldn't handle the kids, them give them up, jeessh,, even drop them off in the ER, but this?? No, sorry, lets strap her ass into the car and send it hurling into the water.
They have to be sociopaths. Sufficating or driving your children into the river, just because they decide they don't want the job as parenting anymore is sick. Its not any different from Scott Peterson who didn't want to be a husband or father and hes on death row.
Susan Smiths plea last year for a new trial because her rights were violated, speaks to her ill mind.

I saw her photo and read some of her background and thought immediately of the recent movie " Precious". But she was almost 30 and didn't have kids until she was in her 20s so its not like she was a teen mother.
Some think having a baby will make their lives worth something and others blame babies for their lives not being worth anything.
The fact that they are considering post partum depression as a factor in the killings does not sound accurate to me. If that was a factor she must have had post partum psychosis which is far far more serious than PPD. In any case I am just horrifed by this and feels so sorry for those poor innocent children.
@3divina, SC's image hasn't been tainted in the eyes of the rest of the country due to the actions of these two mentally defective and morally bankrupt women.
The women themselves have tainted their own image based on their heinous crimes and I'm sure no one thinks or believes that somehow it is the fault of SC.
It is indeed horrible and tragic. I have long felt that any mother who murders her children is probably suffering from some degree of mental disorder because to harm your kids just goes against nature and that strong God-given maternal instinct to protect them often at cost to our own lives.
