I would call the Police and have the boy arrested for rape.
That doesn't work unless the boys are several years older and even then it's probably a stupid idea. It's a teriffic way to ruin EVERYONES life however, so if that's your goal...yup
I would tell my wife to keep a close eye on her and to never allow her to leave the house unaccompanied, excluding school. Severe violations require severe punishments.
And all you will ensure is she does it anyway with that attitude.

First off I have already had the discussion on acceptable behavior under my roof with my child. The age of consent in NYS is 17. If my daughter and is under the age of 17 in my house having sex after she already knows how I feel about the subject, then I have no choice but to call the Police. They will make the arrest, and I would follow through with the DA on pressing charges for rape and/or sexual abuse. I'm not ruining EVERYONE'S life. I'm following through on the consequences of breaking the rules I have set in my home.

Why punish the boy, when he did not know the rules, only your daughter did, but the boy will be the one sent to jail for rape? I am the mom of three very decent, young men. But I know, if a girl was into sex, and wanted a "party" not one of them would turn her down. But, if the boys KNEW that they would be arrested for RAPE if they touched her in your home, I am pretty sure that they would not be hanging out there at all.

Were all of the fathers here the paragon of virginal innocence until their wedding night? How would they like to be called rapists for having sex with their high school girlfriends?
One can't stop their son or daughter from having sex at the end of the day.
They can however designate their house as off limits and provide safe-sex advice.

The reasonable logical thing I would do is let it be known to BOTH parties what the consequences are for engaging in such behavior. If the boy decides to let his hormones get the best of him he is fully aware of the consequences as my daughter is ALREADY aware of what will happen if she decides to let her hormones get the best of her as well. Remember knowing is half the battle.
