We had a bee-yoo-tiful day here. 80 degrees. Sunny.

MM I think the neighbors knew we were moving when the dumpsters started being delivered lol.

this day kicked my butt too! I'm glad it is almost over. The question now is beer or wine?

Top left hand side of the forum page, click on "My Settings." Halfway down the page on the left side of the screen, click on "edit ignore list." Type in the username of the person you want to ignore. Hit enter or save or update or whatever it says and the ignore feature will be in place.

It was a beautiful day here, but it was only in the 30s. Soon we'll catch up to you, but 80 degree weather won't be until June for us.

I've been taking my son to the cemetery to practice driving each day this week. Soon we'll be hitting the open road. He's doing a good job.

I love cemeteries. They're so beautiful. Cemeteries are used like parks in my area. There are always people jogging, walking, and biking.

Yosemite? We of course went to a mission, but it was only about half an hour from our house. A lot of schools go to the Santa Barbara mission, but I went to poor school. Seriously, my cousin's school had a chartered bus for his mission field trip. Man, but I hated the darn mission project. You know, the one where you have to build a mission. Yeah, I have absolutely zero artistic ability. Our teacher told us if we bought the kit the store sells we would get an automatic zero, but she didn't live up to that promise. Haha.

Nowadays, with the advent of helicopter parents, they become major productions. You can even get "mission kits" in the craft stores in CA it's such a big deal.
Seriously, that darn mission was the bane of my existence that year. Most people just buy the kit if the teacher allows it. If they didn't have the kits, I would have just taken a zero or my sister would have done it.

We are surrounded by older people so it seems we see the paramedics once every couple weeks. Our neighbor right next door seriously needs to be in assisted living. We worry about her constantly.

Well, maybe they will be lucky enough to go to RMNP? When mine was n middle school, one of the class trips was 3 days up there at the Y. Lots of fun.

Hey there!

"Creepy guy" isn't elderly - he's just creepy. He's overweight and hairy and walks around in the summer wearing 80's style parachute pants, a tank top and a bunch of turquoise jewelry - while walking a teeny tiny dog (which he never cleans up after). He just gives everyone the heebie-jeebies.
