I have seen these name threads pop up on various message boards across the internet for almost the past decade. They *always* have the same names on them!
La-a, Orange and Lemon Jello, Rail and DeRail, Female, Urine, etc. Amazing. Truly amazing.
i saw in a movie once how a woman named her daughter "Female", but said it Femalee (soft e, soft a, hard ee) ... (rhyms with tamale)
but that was a movie. i have heard some odd names i wont say here---one guy i met has the name of a 60's cartoon character. the only problem is, i am not sure if he was born slightly before or slightly after the cartoon came out.
My husband's cousin named his baby boy Pollock. Apparently it is a greek god. But they call him lucky. Have no idea why, he doesn't seem very lucky to me. When I named my son I wanted to use a certain middle name but his initials would have been SAD. I chose another name. It bothered me.

I had a baby sitter a couple of years ago named Barbie. Barbie Dahl. No joke. Poor woman was born 1 year before the toy came out. Although, she just turns it into a conversation piece and doesn't seem to have a problem with it.
