The ones from CostCo? Those are divine.... so light and yummy.

The casino thing made me laugh! I've been up to the ones in Blackhawk ONCE with a friend who loves to go. omg - what I'd like to know is - where are all those people you see in the commercials because that certainly is NOT the clientele I saw up there!

Margherita pizzas at Costco?

I am FLUNKING Costco. Next time I go I'm going to need a few of you to escort me through pointing out all the goodies.

We went to Trader Joe's today. It's a great place. We got stuff for some excellent prices there. The quality is so much better than grocery stores, too. Since moving here we do most of our shopping at the farmer's market or Trader Joe's. Haha, I made it seem as though that's the only place we went. We went to the farmer's market today, too. It was food shopping day.

I haven't been to Costco in years. It's just too crowded, and I'm way too impatient for the lines there.

I'm probably going to cook a Sunshine Burger tonight. Hubby is working, and I don't want to work hard. All you do is heat it up in a skillet for a few minutes, and you're good to go. It's a veggie type burger that is sans soy and scrumdidilifreakingumptious. No, I'm not a vegetarian. I've just become very picky with the meat I eat and have priced myself out of buying it. Haha.

Oh, those are so good! I am all about the not working hard for dinner.

No kidding re: meat prices, right? It's getting ridiculous. We buy most of ours at BJs and then divvy it up into normal portion sizes to keep the cost down. They have some surprisingly wonderful quality!

They're so good and extremely filling, too. All I can eat is one, and that completely fills me up. Hubby likes them, too.

We kind of go off and on withe the margherita pizzas at Costco....depends on the brand they have. The California Pizza Kitchen ones aren't our favorite. We do really like the other brand (can't think of the brand - starts with a P I think). We've discovered the Kroger brand at King Soopers is pretty good.

I have to admit to never having been to one of the casinos here. Not a gambler....makes me nervous which apparently isn't much fun when going to casinos. Go figure...

Ha - yeah, me too. I think I was too poor for too long to use money that way and enjoy it. We took DH's grandparents while we lived out in WA - I had no fun at all, which makes it not an activity for me! They like the ponies, too, although that at least I find entertaining.

I aim for naptime. (Sorry, moms of wee ones-- I know I'm no help.)

And I can't do casinos, though I'd happily go to Vegas and watch Elvis impersonators. Well, as long as they weren't making happy noises.

We had Cuban for dinner, and fro yo for dessert.

What's with that thread. Nutso! When I want a quiet evening out, the first thing I think is a casino . Yikes!

So today on the beach we had to get out of the water for about 20 minutes while a little 5 foot shark came for a visit. We have been watching Shark Week non-stop, I thought the kids may be a bit skittish about swimming in the ocean, but it doesn't seem to phase them in the least. I'm really glad as DH and I are pretty low-key, it wouldn't really work well to have a highly-strung child. Also lots and lots of rays in the water today. Back to reality soon .

Coop - hope your migraine is better?

Fin - cute story about the mushrooms.

Kibbie - DS had foreskin problems at that age too, I think they are a bit remiss with the hygiene. Neosporin after a shower used to work wonders.
