I went to Hooters a few times and I recall 6-13 year old boys and girls with parents, which struck me as very odd. On one occasion (and the last!) I walked straight into an orgy fest of neanderthals whooping and hollering over some pro wrestling event on the big screen with kids sitting at the same table as blood oozed off the front of the wrestler's face. Yet believe it or not, Hooters supposedly tried to market itself as "family dining", which obviously was such a crock.
I also got a kick out of some who would go and claim that Hooters had the best food- whether it be burgers, wings, etc.... Yeah sure. And I'm Socrates. They just closed down eight New England locations under the same management company. The truth is, some do recognize the reality of just how awful the food and service are, and how inept management staff is. Its okay to say you go for the eye candy. But any other reason (except I suppose for god forbid, the pay-per-view wrestling), and you are being disingenuous.

I completely agree.......

The food sucks....eliminate it altogther.....

management staff not required...fire them now and reduce the cost of beer...and hire more girls

I find the TVs distracting...turn them off and put on some loud brass pole music.....

The girls should either be

1: Bringing me ice cold beer
2: Doing bouncey "jiggly" things or if they need a rest...sitting in my lap

or
3:wrestling one another...loser gets doused with cold beer....

Sounds like a much better place to me...

Brilliant marketing plan! It even tops my idea which actually involved mud wrestling rings. That beer could be Natural Lite and they could offer nothing but rice cakes on the menu, and I'd be the most loyal customer on the planet!

Hell no, kids should not be in a place like Hooters. Nor should they be in casinos, bars, or any other adult place. Kids should be at a kid or family centered place. They also should be watching kid t.v. programs and movies, and not adult t.v.--and they should be watching less t.v. and playing less video games. Yes, kids are exposed to adult issues on a regular basis in this world, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do our best to limit that exposure when it is in our control. Am I alone in this view?

I for one believe him. However, as much as i like chicken I don't think much of their wings.
The breasts and thighs are excellent however.
