A few honest questions:

What do you think of couples without children?

Do you automatically think they don't like kids?

Are you jealous of their free time?

1 I have no problem with people who don't have kids. No one should have kids unless they really want them

2 No. I like Lions ,but I don't want to raise one in my home

3 Sometimes,lol

I don't think anything about them one way or another. There are any number of reasons why a couple doesn't have children.

No. Once again, if I don't know the people, how can I assume anything about their free time?

What do I think of couples without children? Well if they choose not to have children that is their choice and wish them all the best. If they have cannot have children for medical reasons or are waiting then what business is it of mine.

Do you automatically think they do not like kids? I know couples that do not have children. One couple was married for 25 years and never had children. THEY ABSOLUTELY LOVED KIDS! So no I do not automatically assume they do not like kids.

Are you jealous of their free time? It is like asking are you jealous of me having kids. No. I had my free time and I will have my free time again.

1. I don't think anything of it.
2. No. I know a couple of couples that LOVE kids, but never had any of their own.
3. Honestly, sometimes I am but not very often. Only when I am really stressed or just need some "me time" that just isn't an option right then. Not that I would trade DD for anything in the world.

What do you think of couples without children?

I don't spend any time thinking about couples without children, because I don't spend any time with child-free couples. My social circle is made up of parents of young-ish children. And, no, we don't sit around speculating about why you don't have children of your own. We're usually wrapped up in discussing the latest middle school girl drama, planning carpool, complaining about housework, or deciding who's in charge of refreshments at the next Scout/Soccer/Swimming event.

Do you automatically think they don't like kids?

No. I was in long-term fertility treatment and lost a couple of pregnancies before I became a mom, so I recognize that child-free couples are not always child-free by choice. Regardless, it's really none of my business. As I stated earlier, child-free couples rarely enter my thought process. I simply don't have the time or inclination to ponder the life situation of those who are not on my radar. In other words, at this point in my life, if you aren't in my family or carpool circle, you might as well not exist. Sorry.

Are you jealous of their free time?

Hadn't really thought about it that way, but I'm happy to admit that I'm generally pretty thrilled when my husband and I have a rare evening to ourselves.

What do you think of couples without children?
Absolutely nothing at all.

Do you automatically think they don't like kids?
Why in the world would I think that?

Are you jealous of their free time?
Nope.

What is the point of this thread and why did I take time to respond?

That is a very good question. What is your real concern here, OP?
