I didnt quite plan that when i quit last night it was so close to my "time of the month".. oh my family is going to have FUN.

On a side note, fueling my anger this morning is my pathetic local post office who "delivered" a package of mine, but not to me. The supervisor's lack of empathy is quite obvious.
Gotcha, the habitual part is tough. It is interesting to me how we all tend to have different things or situations that fuel the habit. Sending good coping thoughts to your family!

Gotta hate it when the environment conspires to irritate you just at the time when you are already irritable! I imagine the supervisor got an earful.

Let us know if we can help at all - you can even be snarky to me for a little while if it'll make you feel better!

Uh yeah, she got an earful but seemed to give two cares less. I'm giving her the chance to "talk" to the post man to see where it is, then once she calls me back, I'll be calling the 800 number to complain too. This is the same lady I talked to LAST time they lost my package and she didnt care then either. Empathy goes a long way.

Ugh, that is maddening. Hear you on the empathy going a long way. Hope after all of this they eventually find your package. What a PITA.
