If you try to tell kids to stop using gay to express things they don't like or agree with, they'll just replace it with another word.

One of my neighbors (who's married, but had two gay roommates before he was married, so not anti-gay) said something was "so gay... and I don't mean gay in the good way". I had to laugh at that.
