Unasked for advice from the world and his wife. From discipline, when ir whether my daughter should be in daycare, preschool, Sunday school etc, what she should eat, whether she's on track developmentally - you name it, someone has something to say about how we do things. How a complete stranger knows more than I do about my child, I have no idea!

The constant 24/7 neediness and thanklessness of it. There were days both kids and I were in tears before 6am.

For me, everything up until age 3 was a breeze; it was 3-6 that had me in tears and looking for boarding pre-schools.

My daughter was like a beautiful wild animal during those years. Thank goodness she calmed down and learned to speak! oh, and learned to use the toilet.

I just look back on the baby years and laugh.

My younger daughter was a much more civilized baby.

Same here!

I kept waiting for the "terrible twos". Never happened for me. The FOURS, however, were a totally different story!

Well haven't started potty training yet so that might turn out to be the most frustrating thing but so far the most frustrating thing is her unpredictability - she loves something one day and hates it the next. Super confident one week, terrified of everything the next. Sleeping great for a new nights and then not sleeping at all.
