After losing several pregnancies I was happy with a healthy baby.

Wanted a girl. Bad. Daddy's little girl.
Got a boy. Very happy. And when I took my 2 year old boy to the Boardwalk in Ocean City where we saw 2 12 year old scantily clad girls wearing *Hug me* tank tops... and hugging strange men on the street... I breathed a sigh of relief.

I plan on having either 0 or 2 kids. If I have two, I don't care whether they are boy or girl, but I do hope that they are the same gender. From what I've seen siblings of the same gender have a better chance of still being close once they reach their adult lives.

Closed for Mod Review...and now reopened.

NOTE: This thread's OP has been edited for reasons that led to its initial closure. Please be mindful of the question being asked in your posts. Some general discussion about gender differences if fine, but posts that exclusively discuss controversial characteristics/stereotypes about each gender will be deleted.

I doubt I will ever have children but if I did, I would like a boy.

I never cared either way for the first one but if I had a second, I'd want it to be the opposite.

Your child is born with a sex. Gender is up to them.

Both . Have really come around on the "Daddy's little girl" idea. Would also like to have a boy to do all the "boy stuff" I enjoy like watching star wars and playing football (not that my future daughter couldn't do that either or vice versa). Either way, they could be intersex for all I care as long as they don't drive us nuts .
