I read all the way through this thread from the beginning and my heart was breaking for this family. I was hoping it was revived by the OP with an update. But it looks like the entire thing was made up: Anyone making below $15 an Hour

I have enough to go out on dates and buy some things for myself, and save a few hundred a month. I'm also going to school full time so this will definitely work until I get my degree (in July 2015, so close!!!) when I can hopefully get a better job within the same company! 11.25 is more than enough for me right now. It's also the most I've ever been paid. 2nd highest was 9.25 as a burger king manager, 3rd 8.72 at burger king on an air force base, 4th 8.10 as a vendor at six flags. lowest was 6.25 as crew at mcd's when i was 16.

It's good he's getting professionally evaluated. It could be any number of things. There is a syndrome (I can't remember the name of it) that causes a person to want to eat 24/7. It's like their brain lacks an off switch that says they're full. I've got no clue if this is what's going on with your son but it's something to keep in the back of your mind if there isn't another reason for his behavior.

Good luck, I hope you find an answer.

Maybe it would work for the OP to always have some food they can take without asking, but make it clear that everything else is not for helping themselves and they must ask first.
My daughter does the same thing. I tell her she does not have to ask me to eat fruit or carrots, peanut butter on a spoon but she does anyways. lol

All of you can shut up for assuming you know anything about me based on posts made years apart. This thread was created in 2013, back when I lived with that woman and HER 4 children. None of them are biologically mine, but I fell in love with her AND her children , and we moved in together and I acted as the father figure for over two years. Unfortunately when I got a new job in a new city, she decided she did not want to move the family with me and the relationship is now over, so I consider myself single and childless. Absolutely ridiculous accusation and absolutely ridiculous that I need to even explain myself like this. Leave this thread, all of you.

Looks like you missed a few posts.

Or the 3 threads I created on having to move due to the new job?

Or the pics I posted in another thread that had me and the children in the pictures?

Or the posts I made about no longer being with that woman?

You owe me a pretty good sized apology. Calling me a liar, assuming all that happened was made up, and getting other people to believe it, trying to damage my reputation.

Next time keep your stupid opinions to yourself. You look like a fool right now.

He doesn't know what he's talking about. Unfortunately, it was very real. The only coo coo is the one who scours people's posts that span 2 years looking for something.

When the issues in this thread were still relevant, I spoke with their mother about several of the ideas posted in this thread, and she had quit school while I fisnished, and cut back her hours. That allowed us to get food stamps and for more time to be spent with the children, and the problem did go away soon thereafter. The problem was we were trying to do too much at once. They are all still doing well. The mother is almost done with school and works regular 9-5 hours at a better paying job, so the children are at daycare/school from about 730 to 530 I think. I haven;t seen the children in a few weeks now, and I miss them terribly.

I am not a "he." You gave no indication at any point in this thread that you didn't consider these children yours. Several other posters have wondered what happened to your family as well, as you can see from the previous updates about your trips, etc. so I'm not sure why you are throwing so much vitriol in my specific direction. Until now, you never came back to update anyone or say that you don't consider these your children anymore and thus tell people you have "no children". Glad to hear they and their mother seem to be doing much better!
