I don't go around snarking at families with more children of questioning why they had multiple kids....so when they do that to me about wanting an only child....I see no reasons to spare their fragile feelings after they've just insulted me.

Is that how a lot of people honestly view children? Truly frightened.

I honestly don't think a lot of people are interested in raising productive members of society, they just want little dolls or possessions. Or they want to be able to brag that they are parents.
