-15 minutes before I expect them up I open the bedroom door with hall lights (fairly bright on). I say good morning and they stir.
-I go to make coffee
-10 minutes before I expect them up if they aren't scuttling about I turn on the light in the room
-I'm checking email
-5 minutes before I expect them up if they are still in bed I turn on Jimi Hendrix Star Spangled Banner (or something equivalent, Neil Young at times) enough to rattle the windows, that does the trick.
However the wife usually gets a little touchy if I go with Sabbath...
My aunt was a big fan of the "bang pots and pans" school of thought.
What I'd suggest is enforcing the same morning routine on the weekends as on weekdays. Same bed times, same alarm time in the morning, same breakfast/shower schedule, et cetera. The purpose is twofold: to reinforce the normal routine, and to break the connection between that routine and going to school.
I was the same thing as a kid. What my parents did was cook a delicious breakfast so that it'd be ready by the time I had to get up. I'd smell it and go racing out to the kitchen.
Couldn't resist the yummy food! !!
So I did that today. She wanted to eat bacon and mini grill cheese sandwiches for breakfast. She loved it and got out of bed quickly!!!!

Thanks Frank, I will try that. That's a very good idea.
You should NOT be giving a child melatonin without talking to their pediatrician first!
What makes you think that I give my kid melatonin without asking a doctor? In fact, our doctor suggested it to us. And where did I say that the OP should give his daughter melatonin? I said it was just a thought. I'm sure the OP is smart enough to ask his child's doctor first. Jeeze, relax.
When I was young, we had a smallish dog that my mom would let into my room to wake me up. It would jump on my bed and start nuzzling and licking my face, and I woke up quickly and in a good mood. Probably not an option for you if you don't already have a dog though I hate waking up even now, so I surely wasn't easy as a kid.
It may be possible that she is getting too much sleep and it is causing her to be overtired and not wanting to get up. Try actually letting her stay up an additional hour to see if she does better with 9 hours of sleep or even 8 1/2
