I need help. I was thinking about giving her parents $$ to invest for a college fund. But I also sort of want to get her something that she would like and want to play with. Then again, she's 11 months old so is she really going to care much? So lost...
Those are just ideas, of course. (Also, I hope those links are allowed - I'm not advertising, those are just the first few links that came up for me. All my kids enjoyed those types of toys at that age.
A small age appropriate interactive toy for her to open that day...under $30 bucks... and gift$$$ for her college fund...or you could skip the toy and wrap a big empty box and know she will enjoy playing with that the most!!!lol
Be sure you trust her parents if you give money for her college fund. My grandparents did that yearly for me and my siblings. Guess how much was left when it was time for college? $0.00. Score for me.
You can always start your own savings account if you want to start saving for her future and just give it to her when it's time.
She'll be walking soon if she isn't already. A push toy would be very appropriate, as would books, especially the chunky kind made for toddlers. I also love the idea of a savings bond or money for her college savings.
This ball popper was so much fun. It was my son's favorite toy. It was a favorite for ALL of us actually. We played with it for a really long time. WE.
