How do you make your child learn when you are busy with your work?

Quit working.

You don't "make" your child "learn" as if it was some kind of a chore, you need to be there and teach common sense, manners, and so forth.

Or if your work takes priority over everything else in your life, don't have kids.

We are working parents too, both career (not job) type. You can only do what you can do.

Yeah, do that! I don't get why people work anyway. They must really hate their kids.

Just stop working, get a fleet of Ferraris, and travel the world. People are so stupid for working...I don't get why they continue to do it. Losers.

Children are in a constant state of learning. They can't help it, because the drive to learn is innate; however, there can certainly be a conflict between your academic priorities and theirs. Or there can be a mismatch between your expectations and their developmental readiness. What is it that you wish your children to learn that you fear they are not?

I send my son to school to learn while im at work. Then I come home after 12 hrs and help with what ever homework he has. If I were a single parent I would need to find a job with much less hours.

As far as learning life lessons, he knows what my expectation are for his behavior. I also expose him to a large variety of things outside the home such as camping, riding dirt bikes, shooting, working on cars and bikes, welding exe...

Send them to school? Help with homework in the evening? What are you even talking about?

You can't make a child learn.

That said, how old is your child? Is s/he in school yet? What kind of learning are you hoping to encourage?
You can encourage a child to learn even if you are working and busy.
