Tantrums were so rare in our house, that when one finally happened, we were floored. Our youngest was 9, and we had been transferred out of state. Friends had thrown us a huge going away bash the night before the packers were coming, and as we went to leave, this child lost it. He didn't want to move. It was so out of character for him, that my husband 's stress level skyrocketed, and he decided he was having a heart attack. Husband spent 36 hours in the hospital, I ended up dealing with the packers and movers on my own. I was only slightly sorry to realize they had packed up every item of husband's clothing, and he had nothing to wear when he was released, lol.

I don't remember any with my first son. My second is autistic and would have melt downs semi-frequently (very different than temper tantrums though). The only one I really remember is when I tripped over him and ended up dragging him out of a store by his sleeve while I fought to stay upright instead of landing on him. Got some dirty looks.

They all blur into one horrific memory of screaming violent fits of rage, so can't pick out the biggest one, maybe its still to come
