Yes delete it, but don't depend on just normal deleting.

Use Cccleaner to make sure you got it all.
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Then also run a malware deleting program as many porn sites have malware they install.

A good malware program is
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/
another one is
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

You can get the free version or go pro and make sure everything is deleted.

Do a secure file delete

Secure File Deletion - Delete Computer History

Your house, your rules. You do whatever you want with the computer. If your son doesn't like it, he can buy his own computer, pay for his own internet, pay for his own place, and his own food. In other words, he can move out when he's of legal age to do so. Till then, you're in charge. Those are your rights.

Why can't you just give the computer back and tell them why? Who is forcing you to keep it? I don't really understand what you are asking.

Reset the laptop for the factory version and install a good virus scanner and fire wall and if your son is minor activate parents plus I am not sure where you live so cannot say what programs are exist there. Any way your text is not exactly clear for me it look like you translate through google translate.

I'd take it and destroy it. You never know what else is in it hiding. You don't want him to end up in jail too for having child porn in his computer or have the chance of him being exposed to it. It's only a computer, get rid of it and definitely don't keep it. Put strict parental controls on the next one he gets. Kids make mistakes eventually & should anything happen you surely don't want him to have a laptop with kiddie porn possibly in it.
