Well, I would, but every single link on that page is dead.

I didn't even try the link, but when our DD was ten months old we put her through it because we have an inground pool. It was amazing. After three weeks she was able to turn herself on her back in the water and kick her way to the side or steps. There is NO substitute for close supervision, but it did make me feel a little better in that I knew it could buy any of us a few seconds to get to her had she fallen into the water.

Well, the forum link is not, but that's a lot to weed through.

We plan to enroll our son in this program at the beginning of next year. The results are AMAZING! We saw a 2 year-old while on vacation in Florida in July, and he was diving in the pool; floating on his back for extended periods of time; and swimming under water. We had placed our son in a YMCA program (3 different sessions) and he came away with nothing! Maybe just the ability to kick his feet. . .and we've spent close to the same amount as the ISR program.
