Sue and Sue. (this person thought it would make raising them easier and avoid one feeling superior to the other.)
When my mom was pregnant with my much younger sister, my dad told everyone the name would be "#2", or "thing1 and thing2" for twins. I thought it was a great idea!

That said, I know of sisters named Unique and Atrue Dream. Their dad named them...

And now, for my favorite of all bad names... My ex used to work with a guy named Dave Dickey. Years later, I got to work with Dave's brother. Duncan. And yes, he has to wear a nametag at work.

I think Jericha is beautiful

I got a lot of slack for Reece and Riley (twin Girls) .. Too untraditional for my family I guess. I come from a long line of Catherine, Anne's Michael and Johns my family wasn't too thrilled with our choices. I think they are more popular than they think.. In put?

Interesting. I too went to school with Anita Bohn, Michael Hunt and Paul Ehnis. I also remember the family of girls named Faith, Hope, and Charity, along with their older siblings whose names I can't recall. Very pretty blond girls. I graduated with Faith, class of '81. This is either a huge coincidence, or we are alumni or possibly classmates from the same school. The mascot at my school was a Lion, school colors were blue and gold, sound familiar?

And to keep this post on topic, the worst name I've heard of lately is "Whiskey".

I will add another...I overheard two teenage girls while on the bart in SF. One said to the other Oh, my mom decided the name for the new baby! She's going to call her Epiphany! The other girl oohed and ohed then said, How unique. How did she come up with that? The answer: It just came to her, I guess.

No, I'm not kidding... I really overheard this! It took everything in me not to burst out laughing.

I remember a girl in Jr High with the last name Lipscomb, pronounced lipscum.
It seemed especially unfortunate that she had chapped lips quite often.

That is funny because we called our twins Thang 1 and Thang 2 when they were in utero. (Thing became Thang because the ultrasound technician was southern, he was also a fan of Dr. Seuss). Later someone misunderstood us and though that we were saying "Fang 1 and Fang 2" So for years their nicknames were Fang 1 and Fang 2. they are not too fond of that now when it slips out from time to time.

Classmates. Wow. You were probably my best friend. Oh wait.. . . no one liked me.

You forgot Joy, she was the next youngest after Faith.
