The son is being deceived by his GF and his mother. What am I missing here?
I 1000% agree with this. I could not have sat on this for that amount of time.

I’m thinking she doesn’t completely believe Tracey.

This story is very odd.

I can’t see Rachel showing up at the OP’s house and then Tracey’s house every other day when they all live so close. Just seems really ballsy.

If your son later finds out you withheld this info, he's going to be upset. But I'm still not convinced you should get involved.

Is there some way that you can get Tracey to have a little discussion with Rachelle?
Maybe Ill try that ?

Like I said its because of the way he is. Hes very high charged and this would drive him nuts. I wanna just talk to her in person.

What do you plan to tell her? What do you think your son will say to you when he finds out you spoke to her about this?

Are you hoping she’ll just stop going to this other guy’s house without your son knowing that she was caught?

WS67, I'm glad you accepted the suggestion to not text anything.

Just one comment, I've become very confused who is who in this discussion. I'm not even sure who you intend to talk to.

I'm aware of the "known for 4 months" thing being a problem, but I think the only person you have a real connection and duty to is your son. In other words keep it in the family.

If I were your son I'd rather hear the news from my mom. At least I'd know I was hearing the news from a person who I trust and love. If your son truly loves you then the 4 month thing should be no big deal compared to hearing it from anybody else, and your son will be mad if you told somebody else but not him. To me that trumps being mad about your having known this a while. If you discuss this with somebody else you cut him out of the loop. If my mom did this I would feel like she was meddling in my relationships. If she told me directly at least I would know she was doing it for my best interests.
