Well fellow parents and contributors to this crazy convo, the<bleep> hit the fan today.

Oldest boy was over this weekend for a baseball related thing and she said he had to come home because it's her weekend. He asked her to stay. She said whatever do what you want your dad is brainwashing you. We took our son my son and him to the aquarium. So she started texting and freaking out (and took the other kids to top golf).

When we took him home she wasnt home and wouldn't let him inside the house (his brother was home but was told not to unlock the door) so we waited. And as soon as we left she starting calling and cursing us out and freaking out. Long story short, hes coming back tonight and I'm taking him to CPS office in the morning. This is getting out of hand and has to stop.

AND we found out that her house is up for sheriffs foreclosure auction in December. Her dad is on the deed and is going to file bankruptcy. Which she was screaming at us about as though it is our fault. Her dad was in prison for drug smuggling until recently and now he is bailing her out yet again.

Well, as regards the oldest boy, this is great. He will come live with you. He will play a lot of baseball and hopefully stay out of trouble. You're certainly an involved and caring stepmom - sounds as if you have his best interest at heart.

As for the other kids, I'm afraid that you may soon wind up with all of them. It sounds as if her life is going up in flames. Life would certainly be very different if that were to happen. No child support, but you will have all those kids to deal with! And they don't sound like a peaceful bunch.

Unfortunately nothing worthwhile. Because co-parenting with a jerk is hard. He has dug his heels in and wont return to the other house, everytime we kind of convince him she asks like a maniac and he changes his mind. And she completely refuses to sign anything giving custody over so my poor husband drives 50 miles round trip to take him to school and pick him up every day. And today for the first time he went there after school for a few hours and she has given his room away to one of his sisters so he doesnt even have a room there. But still she refuses to sign the paperwork

I wonder if the "concern" (aka threat) of family court make with this section highlighted in hand would be enough? It sound like this is an important enough issue to bring out the big guns?
