All other issues aside (I know co-parenting is difficult on a good day) please don't attempt to have visitation taken away over his lack of tooth brushing. That's absurd. It's not neglect in the physically or emotional sense it's just bad parenting. Call/text/video him nightly in the summer and remind him to brush and wash. That's all you can do. Children need reminders but starting a court battle over teeth brushing is bad parenting. And allowing your son to neglect his teeth intentionally for 2 months to create ammunition against your coparent is also neglectful on your part as well as turning your child and his health into a weapon. That's bad parenting
