I simply take mine out in the nature, like 1 mile away from home, and we play there.

Smile how to limit children's screen time

Hey! What type of cellphones does your child use? As far as I know, many parental control apps let users limit screen time on smartphones, such as iKeyMonitor. You can use it to limit the daily screen time on cell phones and tablets, and block inappropriate apps and games. It would be better if you join your children in their activities, such as reading, drawing, singing, and dancing. In this way, they won't focus on digital devices all the time. Hope it helps you.
