I mean, she didn't posed nude. I don't how it can harm kids/teens 5 to 17 years old. Not every kids gonna copy everything they see on T.V.

I think it's just the money moms and dads spend on Miley stuff ... not to mention $1000 concert tickets. She ain't as bad as Brittany, Ashley, Jessica, Paris, you name it.

i think the "big deal" is that she was 15 when the pics were taken.
then she said she is embarrassed, but wasnt too embarassed while she was posing? i say when else are you going to have pics taken of yourself? when you are sagging and wrinked?

I think parents really need to focus on how harmful television is in general.

What's so bad is she was allowed to be exploited by Vanity Fair by those who should have been protecting her. It's not that she is nude, it's that the pictures are too suggestive for someone her age.

Exactly, she is too young for a pose like that. I am surprised it took until the magazine went out for anyone to realize this.

those pics were on youtube long before it came out in the news, I have two daughters that are hannah montana/miley cyrus fans and they typed in her name and all those pics popped up on youtube. I know this because when they are on the computer either myself or my wife is in there with them. I think Ill reserve any judgement and see if its just a one time thing, maybe ol Billy Ray will make sure it doesnt happen again.

Personally I see another Britney Spears with Hannah Montana. They both started out basically the same way. Innocent and sweet. I hope I'm wrong...........

She posed in a provocative manner and then she posed with her FATHER in the same manner. He should have been putting the brakes on the photo shoot, not self promoting himself in questionable poses with his daughter. What is wrong??? Everything is wrong.

She's 15-that's the problem. What's more of a problem is that people don't think there is a problem with a 15 year old being posed for pictures like these. If this was some random freshman in highschool and the pictures where on the principal's computer I'm sure people wouldn't be saying, "Oh, it's just her back-what's the big deal?" But because this a famous photographer and a famous father/daughter it's not considered soft kiddie porn? Maybe the photographer should have risen to the occasion, photographed her looking like a 15 year old in clothes, and made a statement THAT way.
