Well, if money were no object, I would gladly accept a weekend at the Ritz-Carlton/Reynolds Plantation by myself. Go to the spa for massage/facial, then order room service and snuggle in with some trashy novels or movies. King sized bed to myself. Don't get me wrong-I love my family, but a full weekend of solitude would work wonders.

On the cheap, just having my parents keep the kids overnight so hubby and I can enjoy some peace and quiet would be great. Homemade cards from the kids are always a joy!

For Mother's Day I would love to get to sleep in!
I'd love to hear no arguing between children.
I would dearly like to not have to step a foot in the kitchen,
but have my children and husband fix and clean up all the meals
and enjoy it while they are doing it!
I love the cards and pictures the little ones make.
This is the first year for me to be a grandma, I wish I could
see my granddaughter during this day. (they live far away)
It will be the first year my eldest son will not be with me, he
just got a job in another state, I will be so sad not to see him
and get a big hug from him with his handsome smile!
I will have 5 kids at home, I am grateful for that!
I would love to give them all a present!
I am so thankful to be a mother!
I love Mothers' day because I am so happy to be a mother.
I miss my own mother on this day because she has passed on
and my dad died on mother's day some years back...but I can't
really think about that... I enjoy my children on this day. : )
